Diane Hale CFCE, Registered Nurse
Is certified by the American Academy of Fertility Care Professionals (AAFCP) as a FertilityCare™ Practitioner and as an Educator of the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System. As a Practitioner, Diane has worked with over 800 clients. As an Educator, she has conducted yearly Education Programs with St. Gianna Center and has supervised many Interns through the Education process to successfully achieve the status of becoming a Practitioner. She is very proud to have helped the Education Program to become accredited by the AAFCP.
Diane is one of the co-founders of St. Gianna Center for Women’s Health and FertilityCare in Largo, Florida and is also the Director of our Education Program.
Diane served on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of FertilityCare™ Professionals for six years; she also served as chairman of that organization’s Commission on Certification for three years. Diane was co-chair of the State NFP Task Force representing the Diocese of St. Petersburg during its pioneer year and continues to serve on the Task Force as a representative for her Diocese.
Diane has been a Registered Nurse since 1977. She retired after 35 years of work in the same Emergency Department. She is the mother of 10 children; 6 biological and 4 adopted. There are 7 daughters and 3 sons. These children have helped the family to grow and there are now 30 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren! Diane exclaims, “They are the joy of my life!”

Becky Moultrie FCPI, Executive Director
Brings courage, creativity, and strong faith to her role as Executive Director of St Gianna Center For Women’s Health and FertilityCare. She has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience and a background in finance, marketing, and business development. And as a user of the Creighton Model System for over 20 years, she understands the challenges women face advocating for natural solutions to complex women’s health issues. In 2024, Becky completed the FertilityCare Education Program I & II and is a FertilityCare Practitioner Intern.
Becky lives by a motto to “Do Good With Love”. She attends Blessed Sacrament Church, Seminole and is an Ascribed Member of the Institute of Charity. She is married over 30 years to David and is proud to claim four miracle Napro-babies: Sarah, Sam, Annie and Nick. She and David are home school veterans with one left to go. As the nest at home is slowly emptying, you can find her busy in her garden, tending the bee hives with David, and cheering on her kids’ college teams!

Margaret Sadasivan, FCP
Margaret Sadasivan considers it a privilege to teach women and couples about God’s amazing design for fertility and Marriage. In 2020, she had the great blessing to begin training under Diane Hale through the St. Gianna Center Education Program. Margaret is a teacher at heart, having worked in the classroom for seven years. She received her master’s degree in Special Education at the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at the same institution. Margaret feels tremendously blessed to live in Ave Maria, FL with her husband and their first son.

Katie Perez, FCP
Katie is a FertilityCare Practitioner. She and her husband, Armando, have been using the Creighton Model FertilityCare System for four years, and it has been life-changing for them. Katie has been amazed by how deeply the Creighton Model has positively impacted her faith, health, and marriage. She is excited and honored to help other women and couples experience similar benefits in their health, relationships, families, and faith through teaching the Creighton Model.
In addition to her work as a FertilityCare Practitioner, Katie is an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic health. She is dedicated to helping patients overcome pelvic pain and dysfunction, focusing on supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers, educating women about their menstrual cycles, and treating endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. Her work as a pelvic floor therapist complements her role in teaching the Creighton Model, empowering women to better understand and care for their bodies.
Katie’s greatest joys are being a wife to Armando and a mother to their three amazing young daughters—identical twins who are the oldest, followed by their sister who is 17
months younger. She enjoys being active in her church community, spending time in nature with her family, going on playground adventures with her daughters, taking long walks with their family dog, and exploring new hobbies, including embroidery and baking sourdough bread.

Elizabeth Thomkins, FCP
Elizabeth is a Florida native. She received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Central Florida. In 2016 she began the St. Gianna Center’s Educational Program and has been serving as a FertilityCare Practitioner ever since. She is married to Matt with whom she has three children, Joseph, Maria, and John. She homeschools her children in Lakeland, FL and teaches Kindergarten Faith Formation.

Poli Mozcik, FCPI
When Poli started charting in 2019, she was taken back on how easy and effective the Creighton Model System is and IT WORKS! She has been inspired and started her journey to become a Fertility Care Practitioner Intern in the fall of 2024. She has a Healthcare Administration Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
Poli loves spending time with her family and friends. She is also part of several ministries; Women of St. Mark, Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD), Emmaus Sisters and The Gift Shop at St. Mark Catholic Church in Southwest Ranches, Florida. This is where she and her husband Brad got married in the fall of 2023.
